OVERVIEW

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of harmonicflowacademy.com and your enrollment in the Harmonic Flow Practitioner Certification™ and any related programs or subscription services offered by Harmonic Flow Academy ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Amandine Le Roux Hancock, based in Bend, Oregon, USA. By creating an account, making a purchase, or accessing any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not create an account or complete a purchase.

1. ACCOUNTS

To access our programs and platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

— Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

— Maintain the security of your login credentials

— Not share your account credentials with any other person — Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Harmonic Flow Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. THE PROGRAM

The Harmonic Flow Practitioner Certification™ is a 12-week, self-paced online certification program. The program includes:

— Pre-recorded training modules and live coaching sessions (as scheduled)

— Downloadable scripts, templates, sequencing guides, and course materials

— Instrument technique training (crystal bowls and tuning forks)

— Marketing and business launch curriculum

— Access to the Harmonic Flow Method™ framework for use in your yoga studio

— Certified Harmonic Flow Practitioner™ credential upon successful completion

Program access is granted upon successful payment through Whop.

3. PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

A. One-Time Enrollment
You may enroll in the Harmonic Flow Practitioner Certification™ as a one-time purchase. All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed through Whop and you agree to Whop's Terms of Service at the time of purchase.

B. Payment Plans

If you enroll through a payment plan, you commit to all installments in full. Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension of program access until the outstanding balance is paid. Accounts with unpaid balances are not eligible for certification.

C. Subscription Plans

Following course completion or as otherwise offered, you may subscribe to ongoing content, coaching, or community access on a recurring basis ("Subscription Plan"). By enrolling in a Subscription Plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on the billing cycle you select. You may cancel your Subscription Plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any

previously charged subscription fees. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Your continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

4. NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content and the proprietary nature of the Harmonic Flow Method™, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once Module 1 has been accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

— You attended or reviewed a discovery call or program overview before enrolling

— You have read and understood what the program includes

— No refund will be issued after Module 1 materials have been accessed, regardless of the reason

— This policy applies to one-time enrollment purchases and subscription fees
This policy protects the integrity of the Harmonic Flow Method™ and the proprietary materials delivered through this program.

5. THE LAUNCH GUARANTEE

We stand behind this program and its outcomes. If you complete all program modules, submit all required assignments, and have not launched your first Harmonic Flow session within 90 days of your purchase date, you are eligible for four (4) additional weeks of live coaching support at no charge. To qualify for the Launch Guarantee, you must:

— Complete 100% of all program modules

— Submit all assignments as outlined in the program materials

— Submit a completed written launch plan as part of your final module

— Request additional support in writing to [email protected] within 90 days of your purchase date

This guarantee is limited to additional live coaching support only. It does not constitute a refund, account credit, or financial compensation of any kind.

6. ACCESS PAUSE POLICY

If you experience a documented emergency (serious illness or immediate family emergency) within your first 14 days of access and before completing Module 2, you may request a one-time 30-day pause of your program access. To request a pause:

— Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase date

— Provide a brief description of your circumstances

— The request must be submitted before Module 2 is accessed

Pause requests are granted at our sole discretion and are intended for genuine emergencies only. A pause is not a substitute for our no-refund policy and does not extend your access period beyond 30 days.

7. USER-UPLOADED CONTENT

You may upload content to your account as part of program participation (such as assignments, practice recordings, or documents). You retain full ownership of content you upload. By uploading content to our platform, you grant Harmonic Flow Academy a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering the program to you. We will not share, distribute, or use your uploaded content for any other purpose without your explicit consent. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY — OUR CONTENT AND TRADEMARKS

All content made available through Harmonic Flow Academy — including but not limited to video recordings, audio files, written materials, scripts, sequencing guides, templates, curriculum, methodology, branding, and course architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of Amandine Le Roux Hancock.

The following are registered or common law trademarks owned exclusively by Amandine Le Roux Hancock:

— Harmonic Flow Method™

— Harmonic Flow Practitioner Certification™

— Certified Harmonic Flow Practitioner™

— Harmonic Flow Academy™

These trademarks may not be used, imitated, or referenced in any commercial context without prior written permission.

Upon successful program completion, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to teach the Harmonic Flow Method™ in your own yoga studio, under your own name, in your local market only.

You may NOT:

— Reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell any course materials in whole or in part

— Present the Harmonic Flow Method™ or any portion of the curriculum as your own original creation

— Create derivative certification programs, training systems, or educational products based on the Harmonic Flow Method™

— Sub-license, transfer, or grant rights to the Harmonic Flow Method™ to any other individual or entity

— Share your account credentials or provide access to course materials to any person not enrolled in the program

Violation of these intellectual property terms will result in immediate termination of your program access, revocation of your certification, and may result in legal action. No refund will be issued upon termination for IP violations.

9. FEEDBACK AND TESTIMONIALS

We welcome your feedback, reviews, and testimonials about your experience with our programs. By submitting feedback, a testimonial, or a review to us — whether via email, a survey, social media, or any other channel — you grant Harmonic Flow Academy a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, and publish that feedback for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes across any medium, including our website, social media accounts, and advertising materials. We will credit your testimonial with your name and, where relevant, your business name, unless you explicitly request otherwise. If you prefer your feedback to be used anonymously or without attribution, simply notify us at the time of submission or by emailing [email protected]. We will not misrepresent your feedback or use it in a context that materially alters its meaning.

10. CERTIFICATION

Upon successful completion of all modules and submission of all required assignments, you will be awarded the Certified Harmonic Flow Practitioner™ credential.

Certification requires:

— Completion of all program modules

— Submission of all required assignments

— Compliance with these Terms throughout the program duration

Harmonic Flow Academy reserves the right to withhold or revoke certification in the event of:

— Incomplete coursework

— Violation of intellectual property terms

— Conduct that misrepresents or disparages the Harmonic Flow Method™

— Outstanding payment balances

11. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS

The Harmonic Flow Practitioner Certification™ is an educational program. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or client acquisition. Revenue projections and illustrative scenarios shared in our marketing materials represent realistic possibilities and are not promises of income. Your results will depend on your individual effort, studio context, local market conditions, implementation quality, and other factors outside our control.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Harmonic Flow Academy and Amandine Le Roux Hancock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program, including but not limited to lost revenue, loss of clients, loss of business opportunity, or personal injury. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your enrollment shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the program or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harmonic Flow Academy, Amandine Le Roux Hancock, and any affiliated persons from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our programs shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Deschutes County, Oregon, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit related to your use of our services.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email. Your continued use of the program or platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
